Chris Coffey, M.S.

Exercise Physiologist
Chris Coffey received his Master’s Degree in Exercise Physiology from the University of Nebraska, Omaha. As a 15-year veteran of the fitness and nutrition field and current adjunct Professor at Bethel University, Chris has learned what it takes to help the body gain strength and stamina. Equally important, he knows how to create a stimulating training environment where children and adults are safe to work past their real and perceived limitations and learn how to make good choices about their health.

Brianna Huston, B.S.

Exercise Physiologist
Brianna is a graduate of North Dakota State University and received her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science. She has over 6 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults with a wide range of capabilities. Her positive, spunky attitude, dedication and passion encourage her clients to push past their barriers and achieve health and fitness goals they never thought possible. Her desire to help individuals with special needs proved to be above the norm when she won the 2013 ARRM Cares Award. 

+Brianna is also certified in Positive Behavioral Intervention, CPR and First Aid.

The dynamic team at Twin Cities F.I.T. has a combined 20 years of experience in the health and wellness field, specifically specializing in fitness with youth and special needs individuals. They work to individualize each fitness plan by catering to the specific needs of each person. Chris and Brianna quickly develop rapport with clients, allowing for honest conversation about individual challenges and active movement toward positive change. Through their extensive experience with youth, adolescents, and special needs, they excel in providing a unique approach to wellness and their ability to show creativity and adaptations throughout each session keeps clients motivated and focused.
