About Us

Twin Cities F.I.T. is an interdisciplinary health and wellness approach that provides a safe and stimulating atmosphere for each individual to optimize progression and growth. Twin Cities F.I.T. in a non-profit organization that stems from a concept that started in 2001 at Children’s Hospital and Clinics of Minnesota in St.Paul and has gone through many changes that have led to the vision we have today. Our goal is to create a partnership with other medical and wellness professionals in our community that will support the growth of a unique service that is not provided anywhere else in the state.

Twin Cities F.I.T. specialists will complete a thorough evaluation of each client’s current fitness level and past medical history, chronic conditions and current level of abilities. We also review each client’s psychological and lifestyle behaviors and address the possible changes that can be made in order to improve quality of life.
